Sarah Jo has over a decade of experience in applied economics and public policy research. Her research career began in applying market-based tools to achieve climate policy goals. Her work was implemented in the design of California’s groundbreaking cap-and-trade program to limit greenhouse gas pollution. She has also led projects on climate finance, municipal finance, land-use and transportation research. She is the author of numerous papers, reports and book chapters and is currently leading SPUR’s work on transportation pricing.
